About Jenny Finke, MS, RD
I’m Jenny, a women’s-health dietitian with a focus in functional nutrition who helps on-the-go women feel like themselves again- more energy, better sleep, easier food choices. I focus on eliminating troubling symptoms like brain fog, energy crashes, feeling out of control with food, and poor quality sleep. Overall I help my clients optimize their health and weight, while promoting longevity by identifying and mitigating risks like pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, Alzheimer’s risk, and hormonal disturbances. My method is practical, sustainable nutrition. No BS.

Designing Your Next Chapter
As a Registered Dietitian, I’ve counseled hundreds of clients clinically and in private practice and I’ve seen the same story on repeat: women carrying everything while their bodies whisper ”Your Turn Now.” I understand the challenges and frustrations that come along with balancing a full life while desperately trying to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle. Together, we are here to break the cycle of unhealthy food relationships. My approach blends lab panel assessment, personalized nutrition counseling that addresses the root-cause, and integrating small habits that fit into real life for lasting impact.
We’ll start with a real conversation, look at your labs, and assess symptoms. Then we’ll build-out a nutrition game plan that fits into your daily life (not an idealized plan you’ll abandon in a week). I don’t lead with the scale. I track what matters: steady energy, better sleep, strength you can feel, and key lab markers.
There are no perfection tests. Just small, repeatable shifts that add up to massive change. That’s the turning point.
